1 Project Introduction: Oilfield mud and poly-containing oil mud are hazardous wastes with a huge production volume, which can cause serious environmental and ecological pollution in the event of leaks. This technology has developed thermal chemical conversion crude oil recovery and harmless treatment technologies for oilfield mud and poly-containing oil mud. The process uses clean pyrolysis technology coupled with residue incineration to achieve the recycling of crude oil components from the mud. The high calorific value combustible pyrolysis gas produced by pyrolysis can be used as a reserve fuel. The solid residues generated after pyrolysis are sent to the incinerator and incinerated with the aid of the pyrolysis gas, thereby achieving efficient combustion to remove residual pollutants. Both the pyrolysis process and the residue incineration process use high-temperature dust removal technology, ensuring that the gasification exhaust is cleanly discharged, with particulate matter size <1.5 nm. The pyrolysis process can recover high-quality diesel products. The oil content in the residue is <0.1%. No wastewater is generated throughout the entire process. Key technical advantages or innovations of this technical solution mainly include: (1) Efficient thermal cracking crude oil recovery technology, which fully realizes deep and rapid oil product recovery from oily sludge. (2) Cracking residue incineration technology, which achieves energy supply for the thermal cracking process by utilizing the heat of the oil sludge itself. (3) High-temperature dust removal technology can achieve thermal purification of combustible gases and flue gas during the pyrolysis combustion process, significantly reducing subsequent treatment costs. Applicable fields include: Oilfield sludge treatment, tank bottom sludge treatment, and offshore sludge treatment.
