This technology is applicable to the treatment of various organic waste gases generated in industrial production processes such as petrochemicals, fermentation, pharmaceuticals, food, tobacco, feed, fertilizers, synthetic materials, garbage disposal, sludge drying, and domestic sewage treatment. The characteristics of this technology include: 1) Development of separate deodorization, dehumidification (smoke band), and simultaneous deodorization and dehumidification (smoke band) processes, which can be arbitrarily split and combined according to different waste gas conditions and treatment requirements, meeting the diverse needs of different customers with a wide range of applications; 2) The combination process of cooling pretreatment + deodorization + dehumidification is the first set of processes in China aimed at the simultaneous deodorization and dehumidification (smoke band) treatment of low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gases. The most significant feature is that it removes visible smoke bands while deodorizing and dusting. Achieved a one-time complete deep treatment of high-volume low-concentration organic waste gas pollution. The treatment effects of this process are: 1) VOC removal rate: ≥80%, with no obvious odor; 2) Dehumidification rate: ≥80%, with no obvious smoke band; 3) Dust removal rate: ≥95%. Development prospects: The demonstration project of this technology has been in operation since April 2009, with a scale of 80,000m3/h for a single set and 400,000m3/h for five sets of amino acid fermentation concentration drying granulation production organic compound fertilizer waste gas treatment projects. This technology can provide diagnosis of existing waste gas treatment processes, equipment, and operating conditions (operating parameter testing, waste gas component analysis, logistics and energy balance calculations, etc.), design of waste gas treatment project plans (proposed technical solutions, feasibility analysis of proposed technologies, project total investment budget, project economic analysis); preparation of engineering bidding technical bids, Provide complete technical supervision for the entire process of engineering design, key reactor design, installation and commissioning, as well as overall construction. Or undertake the general contracting of the project.
