Project Introduction: This technology uses construction waste as aggregate, industrial slag as a secondary material, polystyrene foam plastic as an insulation material, and adds a small amount of admixtures. After mixing, molding, and natural curing, it produces a new type of composite insulation wall material for building waste. Quality monitoring and inspection certificates from building materials products show that the performance of both hollow blocks and insulation bricks made from the new composite insulation wall material meets or exceeds standard requirements, making them suitable to replace traditional solid clay bricks as non-load-bearing and load-bearing wall materials, respectively. Benefit analysis indicates that the new composite insulation wall material has low cost, requires less investment in production equipment, offers high profit margins, and is easy to master. The production process extensively utilizes a large amount of industrial waste such as fly ash, waste PS, and construction waste, not only providing a new approach to solving urban 'white pollution' and 'black pollution' issues but also promoting environmental protection. Moreover, it can replace traditional solid clay bricks. It has significant technical, economic, environmental, and social benefits and a broad market prospect. The technical features of this technology are: 1) Organic combination of comprehensive utilization of bulk industrial waste and development of new composite insulation wall materials for construction waste, which is of double significance in solving environmental problems and developing green building materials; 2) Use of composite admixtures to produce new industrial slag composite insulation wall materials through a natural curing process that avoids firing and steaming, simplifying the process, saving energy, and conforming to industrial emission reduction and energy-saving policies; 3) Development of complete sets of equipment for producing composite insulation wall materials from construction waste, including main system equipment, process supporting equipment, control parts, factory construction conditions, and construction design. This technology can provide feasibility report compilation, technology transfer, and engineering design services. The project investment depends on the scale of the factory.
