Project Introduction: This technology is applicable to the dehumidification of hot and humid air generated in industrial production processes such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fermentation, pharmaceuticals, food, tobacco, feed, fertilizers, synthetic materials, etc., and the recovery of moisture from water vapor. The process adopts a low-cost, flexible scale, simple and fast, and environmentally harmless new plasma water resource utilization technology, which opens up a new path for the resource utilization treatment of industrial waste gases. It is of great significance for improving the shortage of water resources, energy conservation and emission reduction, curbing the deterioration of the atmospheric environment, and promoting the synchronous development of the economy and environmental protection. The equipment for plasma dehumidification of hot and humid air and moisture recovery from water vapor consists of an inner tank, shell, base, ducts, electrical control box, etc. The schematic diagram and engineering drawing of the plasma reactor structure are shown in the figures. Characteristics of this technology: Low-temperature plasma technology is one of the four key technologies in the world's environment in the 21st century. As a new technology in clean processes, environmental management, and comprehensive resource utilization, the low-temperature plasma humid-heat air dehumidification and water vapor moisture recovery technology possesses unique green characteristics of low energy consumption, dry operation, and no residue. The technical indicators of this process are: 1) Dehumidification and moisture recovery rate ≥80%; 2) VOC removal rate ≈50%; 3) Dust removal rate: ≥90%. A demonstration project of this technology has been operational since July 2008, with a scale of 10,000m3/h for a single unit, 80,000m3/h for another single unit, and 400,000m3/h for five sets of organic compound fertilizer waste gas dehumidification projects. This technology can provide diagnosis of existing waste gas treatment processes, equipment, and operating conditions (operating parameter testing, waste gas component analysis, logistics and energy balance calculations, etc.), as well as design of waste gas treatment schemes (proposed technical solutions, feasibility analysis of the proposed technologies, The total investment budget of the project, economic analysis of the project); preparation of technical bids for engineering tendering, complete engineering design, key reactor design, installation and commissioning, as well as technical supervision throughout the entire construction process, or undertaking the overall contracting of the project. The project investment is determined based on the scale of the factory and the conditions of waste gas emissions.
