This project belongs to the field of research in traditional Chinese medicine engineering. The main technical innovation content and characteristics are as follows: For a long time, the study of acupuncture techniques has been hindered by experimental technology, leading to slow development. The development of experimental equipment for acupuncture techniques based on digital technology is key to improving clinical efficacy and researching the effects of acupuncture. It is also essential for conducting experimental teaching as well as rescuing, organizing, and inheriting the techniques of famous national acupuncturists. This has solved the key technical and difficult problems of lacking quantitative, standardized, and standard research on acupuncture techniques, filling the gap in domestic and international acupuncture experimental equipment, greatly promoting technological progress in the experimental acupuncture industry and product industrialization, achieving good economic and social benefits, and providing a demonstration for research and industrialization in this field. 1. Invented an acupuncture technique acquisition sensor and an acupuncture technique simulator. Provide key components for the development of acupuncture technique measurement instruments and technique simulation systems, and research and develop acupuncture technique parameter measurement instruments and acupuncture technique simulation systems (first in China), which have been widely used in clinical teaching and scientific research; collect parameters of acupuncture techniques from 48 famous experts and more than 1600 people in China, establish the first set of parameter indicators and database for acupuncture technique detection, providing data and information for computer simulation to realize the simulation of acupuncture techniques; 2. Establish the first quantitative research system for acupuncture techniques. Through the embedded technology for acupuncture technique information collection and processing methods, as well as the development of an acupuncture technique simulator based on ZigBee wireless sensing technology, establish research methods such as feature parameter extraction, cluster analysis, and mathematical modeling of acupuncture techniques, revealing for the first time the correlation mechanism between its parameters and the effects of acupuncture; explain the cycle and cycle variation of single-compound acupuncture techniques, trend line mean, The laws of change in intercepts and errors, etc. 3. For the first time, research on the storage of acupuncture technique information, the inheritance of technique skills, and the quantification and standardization of techniques was conducted, establishing a system for extracting characteristic parameters of acupuncture techniques and comprehensive evaluation. The application of technique simulation technology carried out studies such as 'Simulation of acupuncture techniques pre-processing to observe the behavioral effects on visceral traction pain in rats and its anti-rat visceral traction pain mechanism', 'Quantitative study on the effects of acupuncture techniques on skin temperature at acupoints', and 'Simulation of acupuncture on the endocrine function of rats with different intensities of exercise training', to explore the relationship between quantitative parameters of techniques and the effects of acupuncture. Application and promotion: (1) This project has applied for and obtained 2 national invention patents, 3 utility model patents, and 3 software copyright licenses; published academic papers 43篇. Among them, one paper was included in SCI, four papers were included in EI, and four papers were included in CPCI-S (ISTP), with a total of 228 citations; seven doctoral students and 21 master's students were trained. (2) The achievements of this project supported the establishment of the key discipline 'Traditional Chinese Medicine Engineering' by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the third-level laboratory 'Traditional Chinese Medicine Engineering Technology and Application'; it created the first master's program in Traditional Chinese Medicine Engineering and the first undergraduate major in Biomedical Engineering at traditional Chinese medicine colleges, providing a model for interdisciplinary research on acupuncture. (3) The research results of this project were recognized by the acupuncture industry, and its parameter detection technology was first included in three publications: the 'Twelfth Five-Year' national health planning textbook 'Biomechanics', the 'Twelfth Five-Year' national key textbook 'Introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine Engineering', and the National Key Book of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan 'Acupuncture'. Technical research on the application of acupuncture teaching experimental instruments, participated in domestic and international academic conferences a total of 12 times, including hosting or co-hosting international academic conferences 3 times and domestic academic conferences 9 times. (5) The research achievement 'Acupuncture Manipulation Parameter Tester' is a high-tech achievement transformation project in Shanghai, which was transferred to establish Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shangxin Medical High-tech Co., Ltd. in 2005. (6) This achievement has independent intellectual property rights, and since the late 1990s to the present, acupuncture teaching experimental instruments have been used by more than 80 units including traditional Chinese medicine colleges (71%), scientific research institutes (22%), hospitals (7%), etc., and have received good reviews from the user units.
