This technique utilizes high-temperature sintering tovolatilize heavy metals and chlorides into the flue gas, and then concentratethem in the condensed ash. Dioxins is almost completely decomposed in ahigh-temperature environment. Complemented by rapid cooling to bypass there-synthesis temperature section, along with de-acidification and dust removalprocesses, the flue gas can meet the emissions standards.


This technology can be used for the comprehensivedisposal and utilization of fly ash and solid waste contaminated with heavymetals generated after garbage incineration, with a processing capacity of50,000 tons per annum.
