I. The scientific and technological field of the project: With the development of technology and the efficient application of big data, digitalization and informatization construction have received widespread attention and utilization. Many cities have already carried out the construction of municipal facility management systems, but individual system structures are loose, construction costs are high, information between various municipal systems is not interoperable, and the utilization rate of big data and intelligence is not high. "Intelligent Municipal Industry Application System" aims to build a municipal management portal, integrating multiple municipal subsystems such as lighting, bridges, roads, gardens, sanitation, and network management, to create an intelligent municipal comprehensive management and maintenance platform. Based on system integration and information exchange as the basic architecture, it realizes the sharing of basic data in the municipal industry, unifies the management and trend analysis of operational data, improves the efficiency of municipal management, reduces operating costs, and creates an intelligent municipal ecosystem. The 'Intelligent Municipal Industry Application System' utilizes intelligent information software for integrated management and belongs to the field of information technology. II. Main Technological Innovation Content: The 'Intelligent Municipal Industry Application System' relies on various information technologies such as the Internet of Things, intelligent sensing technology, spatial analysis technology, and process customization technology. Guided by the philosophy of 'one map, one platform, transparent application', it establishes a unified intelligent municipal platform. By real-time collection and management of a large amount of municipal industry operation data, trend analysis is conducted on the operation status of public facilities, supervision and management are carried out on urban engineering facilities, public facilities, and urban appearance environment, forming an intelligent information comprehensive management model. To achieve the collaborative work goal of sharing basic data information on municipal facilities, reduce repetitive work among various departments, lower human resource costs at all levels of relevant departments, improve management timeliness and collaboration, and realize comprehensive supervision and unified command dispatch. Through the monitoring and analysis of three-dimensional data, provide strong decision support for management departments in daily maintenance, construction planning, and command dispatch, enhance the ability to prevent disasters and make early warning judgments on site, ultimately improving the level and efficiency of urban municipal management. III. Technological Innovation and Advancement: 1. Adopting Beidou displacement monitoring equipment for dynamic monitoring of bridges, designing a bridge BCI technology evaluation model and method, combining 'dynamic monitoring' with 'static assessment', to construct a scientific bridge health assessment method. Introduce vegetation growth models, monitor soil in real-time through soil temperature and humidity sensors to achieve automatic control of garden irrigation, rational application of water resources, and intelligent irrigation technology for gardens. 3. Implement a dynamic monitoring system for sanitation operations by installing RFID tags at sanitation base stations and setting up monitoring video equipment using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification). 4. Create a three-dimensional pipeline network model using aerial and satellite imagery, terrain elevation data, two-dimensional and three-dimensional geospatial and attribute data to achieve three-dimensional underground pipeline roaming and comprehensive management of urban underground pipelines. 5. Develop intelligent municipal management services and operation models to achieve coordinated management, services, and operations of intelligent municipal services through two dimensions: vertical stakeholders and horizontal related industries, thereby improving management service levels. IV. Intellectual Property Rights and Promotion Application Status: The project has published 2 papers related to technology and applied for a total of 7 intellectual property rights. During the substantive examination process of 3 invention patents, 1 invention patent and 3 software copyrights were authorized. This project promotes the adoption of a 'horizontal and vertical integration' approach, promoting the 'Intelligent Municipal Industry Application System' platform at the level of construction commissions or municipal bureaus, and separately promoting and operating corresponding subsystems within the municipal industry. Since the application and promotion of results in 2016, there have been 283 customers nationwide using this platform, covering a total of 661 cities, large, medium, and small in size. The cumulative economic benefits generated amount to 73,557,900 yuan, saving nearly 8 million yuan in economic expenditure for municipal construction, and accumulating good economic benefits. This project will continue to expand into the intelligent municipal industry in the future, filling industry gaps and seeking new points of economic development.
