The basic working principle of the RTO+ Zeolite Enrichment Wheel System (ZEOL) is to treat VOCs using an adsorption method through porous materials. The zeolite enrichment wheel system is equipped with an oxidizer system and a regenerative thermal incinerator at the rear to oxidize the concentrated gas previously sent from the concentrator. This can reduce the volume of flowing air by 15 to 20 times compared to the initial flow volume, allowing the system to remove high concentrations of VOCs through self-heating treatment. This technology is suitable for waste gas treatment with low VOC concentration and high gas emission rates. Each rotor concentrator can handle a waste gas emission rate of 200,000 Nm³/h, with low operating costs, low energy consumption, and low annual maintenance expenses, achieving a high removal rate.
