We have developed a super-hydrophobic coating (contact angle > 150°) by using inorganic-organic composites to form a special surface structure and combining them with a hydrophobic polymer dispersed phase. Their washing-out resistance and comprehensive use performance are superior to those of the existing super-hydrophobic coatings in the domestic and oversea markets. At present, we are able to mass produce this product, and this product is undergoing field verification by State Grid Corporation of China. This product can also be used in other applications including flight vehicles under severe weather conditions (to protect flight vehicles based on its anti-icing properties).
