In this project, we use inorganic dry powder coatings for architectural applications and electrodeless dry powder mortar as the basic materials of the product. This basic material is composed of an inorganic gelling material system (including alkali metal silicate and curing agent) and redispersible rubber powder. It enjoys features such as good weather resistance, washing-out resistance without salting-out, efflorescence or whitening problems. This base material will be used first to form a primer layer on the building surface. Prior to the initial setting of the primer layer, a pattern mold for wall surface brick will be pressed against the primer layer, so as to form a mixture of the primer layer and the pattern mold. After that, a top coating will be applied on the above-mentioned mixture. And then, the required brick shape will be obtained after demolding.
