In this project, we developed a water-based inorganic ceramic film nanocomposite coating for LED lampshades. Its excellent far-infrared radiation performance can significantly improve the thermal conductivity (i.e., heat dissipation) peroperties of LED lamps. The key of this product is to use the sol-gel technology to fabricate a charged non-agglomerated inorganic ceramic film nanocomposite coating, and add nanocomposite thermal conductive fillers (carbon nanotubes and cobalt oxide nanoparticles) as functional ingredients. The far-infrared radiation efficiency of this coating is greater than 92%. After curing, the coating is resistant to high temperatures (600-700 degrees Celsius) and nonflammable. Thanks to its outstanding weather resistance properties, this product can be used for more than 30 years. The production process can effectively meet environmental protection requirements.
